I really wish I could pinpoint one thing for you that would be a magic fix but I don't think there is. Otherwise lots of therapists would be out of a job. :plzstop:
Just keep living life, stay positive. Focus on you, don't be afraid to be selfish sometimes. Self care is paramount.
Many people will see you doing better and intentionally try to remove u from that space in some way. As long as u recognize when that's happening it won't penetrate you. it'll actually make you see how sad others are, but I try not to highlight that too much because like you said, I wasn't always in such a great place myself.

Luv u too baby. I see what u mean and some cases those ppl can be family members. Personal growth is such a blessing , sometimes ppl regress but like u said good to find what made u happy in first place n not let enemy steal it. Life is cruel so is hard to really stay happy for long always someone or something that throw u off track it seems. Even in my silence n loneliness I find happiness and being myself and believing that a higher power has my back and my granny is guiding me in right direction. I do believe certain situations suppose to happen to bring one to prosperity.

Yes I do. Nothing about mass crimes as I don't hate anyone not even pal who done me wrong. I just have thoughts about my future and how I'm plan on getting to success. That's all.
