Yeah
I've formed a few friendships off of some of these apps and they've all been strictly platonic. Not as bad as people make them out to be. You just have to weed through the mess (unless that's what you're looking for)

!!!!!! Same here. I've met some really nice guys off of them. Even when I'm traveling I use the apps to meet people for lunch, dinner, or even for drinks.
