Amazing singer, but it just lacks soul.  And her diction is awful.

I dunno with toni its moreso about her articulating her words
Ariana can articulate but it sounds like she has a physical block in her mouth or something
And her notes kinda just turn into longated moans

Problem is a good example like  she was singinging the melody without any words
