Title: She perfectly blended her eras

How effortlessly she transitioned from single to single and established her distinct PR ghetto-fabulous persona. Bitch couldn't sing for shit but was ruling R&B.

She cranked out like 8-9 mega hit singles within 2 years and greased it up with each song step by step

One of the most well executed music promotion campaigns ever... She really had her foot on Billboard and the hood's NECK for a good 24 months.

the transition between J. LO and the This Is Me Then album was so seemless... It was so organic and her song choices were stellar.

The fact that they could make the greasy sound work for a sentimental winter mess. The video helped so much. And I didn't even realize J. Lo already was like Monica's age today.

Her eras before 2007 all the catchy and crucial parts she didn't sing. It was Ashanti, Christina Milian or some unknown black gorls doing the hooks for her. Hell she even kept Brandy's vocals for her 2005 album.

Its amazing how she was able to tow the line with her hood friendly music image and her white washed a-list actor persona.  Even in the begining of her career she was able to go from being a fly girl to landing a supporting role alongside Robin Williams.

When ppl mention A list actresses its usually Kate Winslet, Jennifer LAWRENCE, Halle Berry, Sofia Vegara etc

of course she has fashion awards thats the ONLY thing shes good at
and both OMG and DJ Got... are just as big as On The Floor
plus OMG was #1 in the US which is the biggest music market
On The Floor was only #3
J Ho loses this

Ok but it was about Music as well, as you just said. J. Lo is kinda too iconic to have only one of her fields focused on  :sobusyjetsetter:

& a world icon award is just like that BET award you mentioned, but for Latins.

Oop and the Global all time chart says otherwise!

229   On The Floor - Jennifer Lopez feat. Pitbull
Def Jam / Island - 2011 - 7.375.000 points

345   Yeah! - Usher feat. Lil Jon & Ludacris
Arista - 2004 - 6.314.000 points

d

Omg ain't even chart :receipts:
The fact that Yeah! was released in 2004 before digital downloads were $1.29>>>>>

so wheres omg hun
I said it was #1 on the Hot 100
in the biggest market in the world
and On The Floor
was only #3

oh it has certs from international territories too
ARIA: 5? Platinum[99]
BPI: Platinum[37]
MC: 2? Platinum[100]
RMNZ: Platinum[97

u said it was as big as OTF and its not lolz

Usher is also a successful actor, businessman, artist etc
he has a successful cologne, he is part owner of the world champion Cleveland Cavaliers
He's the mentor of Justin Beiber who is one of the most successful artists of the digital age
He also discovered Rico Love who is one of the most successful songwriters in Urban music

J. Lo's a bigger actress and business woman
Her Perfume is bigger (2 Billion sold lols)
JB hasn't used usher in like 4 years
No one cares

"On the 6" probably has to be the worst album I've ever heard in my life. Especially vocally.
