After listening to the snippets

Joanne is what happens AFTER the Fame

It's basically what happens after the girl takes over the big city.

She arrives with nothing but a pair of blue jeans and a cute tank top and ends up becoming this big star but the Fame almost destroys her now she has to find herself again

Shes going back to her roots

It's an amazing story
