I see what her team is doing, releasing an album every year, just like Rih did with her first 4-5 albums.
And the plus that Tinashe has is that she loves doing experimental EPs too, so I easily their formula now: Album-Ep-Album-Ep-Album-Ep........
And then the feattures, a Chris collab coming, her own album pretty sure will include some collabs too, and many more artists will start calling her, so we'll be getting Tinashe feattures right and left. Basically, she'll be everywhere during the next years. And the haters will have to deal with it, lol.

exactly. Thats were Im coming from too. We can clearly tell there is a team pushing for her in a bigger way than most new artists, and it will pay off sooner or later.
And she's really young, thats always a plus, because radio and other outlets pay more attention to younger artists, so it will benefit her

I was thinking the same thing. She is just getting started and building up her profile a bit. Her team is really getting her out there. She also does a good job of walking the line between Pop & R&B.
I don't know, she has a lot of younger and more exotical looking competition coming for her lane. That Pia Mia chick is only 18 and she already has a bigger hit/more celebrity status, plus Zendaya is 19 and she's about to come out with more mature music. Girls Tinashe's age are already 3 albums deep and have an established fanbase (Ariana, Demi, Miley, Selena) but good luck to her!

As far as Ariana, Demi, ect.. I dont really see them as her competition or even in the same lane. You're right about Zendaya though. It seems likes she's going for a more mature sound this time around, which is obviously gonna SLAY.
Pia Mia aint coming for anybody. :dead: Her single is flopping. I see her giving a Rita Ora mess... at the very most. And Natalie De Rose is kinda finished.. giving me Lumidee 2015 teas. Zendaya is the only one I see possibly being competition. And they're still not really in the same lane...

I think the issue is that artists today just don't get the support and foundation, like artists did in the 90s. Labels just dont invest enough into new artists for them to really be successful like they used to. They kinda just THROW the girls out there and hope they float. :dead: Tuna definitely has drive and determination. And I think that's why her label is really pushing for her now. She doesn't accept "no" as an answer. Sis got sick of waiting for the label to release the 3rd single so she scraped her own little coins together and made moves HERSELF. :dead: You gotta respect that.
