Let me give you some quick backstory. I was involved with this guy for like 6 months. He told me that he was still thinking of his ex, so I backed off from calling and texting him everyday. So then, I learn on instagram that he was back with his ex-boyfriend like I suspected he would be. So I stopped speaking to him for a while. So he called me and asked me if I was mad at him and I just told him how I felt. He then admitted that he couldn't have been with me or given what I needed because he still loved his ex and that's where his heart was. He apologized to me and I accepted it. I made it clear to him that I needed some time to digest all of this because I was sincerely hurt by that. Another man that I'm digging is somewhere yearning for his ex. So he calls me the next day thinking I'm supposed to talk to him. HOW?!!!! Like I need time and now he says I'm acting funny and that I'm being a bitch to him.
Am I being a bitch? Am I wrong for wanting some space after hearing what he said?

It hurts because he's met my mother, my friends and my lil brother even knows who he is and so does my close cousins. My family NEVER meets any man, I date.

Scotty, I'm sorry your feelings got hurt. But you don't need him at all, you can do MUCH better and you deserve BETTER. You are a genuinely kind person and soul even though you've had a few rough patches in your life.
If you can't see yourself being his friend then you already know what to do and have your answer. A simple apology doesn't right his wrong doing. At the end of the day he played you. He doesn't deserve your time or friendship. Like I suggested I'd cut him off but ultimately it's your decision and call.
