Imitation of Life is a sad movie. That's a movie they should remake.
The 90s was the best era for black film. Seeing this list reminds me of how fortunate I am to have grown up in that era. These kids today will never know! :'(

I absolutely love Class Act and Love and Basketball though
What happened to black cinema?! How is it that Friday came out in the same year as Bad Boys and Waiting to Exhale. Three completely different movies, all classic. Now, we are lucky to get a Tyler Perry movie and another civil rights film in the same year.
