Is yellow shea butter better than the ivory?
:diddraispoot:
It's the same, the yellow one has the root of the tree added that's why it's that colour
It's oiler than the Ivory one though

Thanks! I kept googling to see if one was more beneficial than the other but there's really no clear answer. I guess as long as its organic/unrefined. I like that the yellow one is more oiler tho.

the root has its own medicincal properties too
So it's probably the best one tbh
I remember slathering my face in it once and going out in the sun in Ghana
Came back with a black face and brown neck

oh lemme toss it then
LMFAOO!
Seriously I don't wanna get darker no shade
Maybe a little tan mess out
I use it with grape seed oil too
U like grape seed?
Oof!
I LOVE grapseed, it's so light, I used to mix it with olive oil
They say not to use butters during the day or in the sun as they can tan you
My sister is a derm and she says it's best to use it a night because, dirt, pollution can stick to the skin since, especially if you live in the city
Shea butter, Cocoa butter and Coconut oils are natural tanners even though they protect the skin from UV rays
