Do you understand that before people have any type of gastric bypass or gastric sleeve surgery they have to go through a lot of monitoring by their doctor and so forth and that is MONTHS before the actual surgery. Most insurance companies don't even approve the surgery unless you lose a certain amount first. Many doctors won't do it either until you do. So I am pretty sure she had to lose weight first before the procedure. In any event she did it, it was for health reasons, and she looks fucking amazing.
