Well which one do you perfer?
I seen Celine Dion in concert and it was the most boring concert of my life! She can sing, but everybody sat down the entire two hours swaying back and forth in their seats and clapping between songs every now and again. Super talented though but never again.
Where as I seen Donna live which is still top 3 of tours I've seen (Donna, Bey and Kiss)
she slayed thise 2 nights on the sticky and sweet tour non-stop for 2 full hours. There was some live singing her and there but in the environment no one gave a damn. It was amazing.
I prefer singers, so Id definitely sit and love all 2 hrs of celine

I like both, but if I'm paying for a concert I want to see an entertainer.
I can't imagine going to see Mariah or Adele live.
My fave can do both.

I'm moved by artistry at this point. You don't have to be a Janet or Michael, but artist who execute visions, which is why Bey remains superior and she's the only artist in Pop music we have that carries that torch of sensational performers/musicians, because she executes her vision. Also, with the climate of the industry doesn't permit these artists the budget to give "all that" but I believe you don't need a budget to nurture artistry.

Both were clearly WAY past their prime (Whitney 2010 and Mariah 2016)... I think Whitney's album at the time and catalogue was better to me because Mariah skipped a lot of great songs of hers (No "Honey")...

Female singers who can bop a little bit. Most of the 'entertainers' I've seen live, I've been underwhelmed. I think its mainly because it doesn't feel the same visually in person as it does on a tv screen.
