N @ the 2nd post. Anyone who doesn't know about him or what happened needs to logout for good.

The US and the UK are absolutely disgusting at the moment.
But sticking to the US.
They were quick to pass that blue bill or whatever the hell it was to protect the cops. But all these murders on civilians and they haven't made any effort to even attempt to improve anything. A new training? Stronger consequences?
On the other hand I can see why they don't. The way the cops get to kill ppl n just skate on Scott free.

Yeah I don't see training doing any good.

If anything, locking them in somewhere for weeks and un-training everything they've learned through the course of their career and lives would be more effective. Revert their mind to  that of an infant and they'd be more "sensitive" than they are now.

They need to start with an intensive mandatory yearly psych evaluation and rotate officers who have or had valid complaints about them to desk duty.
With the virtual reality thing they can literally place them in situations and see what they base their decisions on.
