Yh if you look down someone said the body regulates the acidity anyway, if it's too acidic or alkaline the body won't absorb

I discovered this when my body was sick
and i drank water and it made me hurt
i said why does water make me hurt
and i discovered its the whole ph balance/alkaline thing

switched waters and its amazing
still guzzle a dasani for the taste once in a while tho

but i use a zero water filter

it still works for hydration and mildly restoring electrolytes
just does nothing to balance acidity

which depending on your normal alkaline/acidity levels you may not feel the effects right away

but if your body gets to a point where it is really acidic that water is gonna do more harm than good
