After 2 years at a 4 year university for a business degree, I've decided to transfer and start over. Hopefully this will make me a better singer, and performer. After I get my AA I do plan to go back for my BA in music but I want to take things one step at a time!
Wish me luck :letsmessfag:
... or shade me :usuresis:
Good luck love
Good luck.
Maybe u could venture to the writing and producing side. Good luck tho

sddddddddd great advice!
Good luck, 'tri!
I don't think you need the degree for the type of career you seem to want
but I'll never knock a man for getting educated, maybe you'll get some connections in there
Good luck

Thanks that really means a lot!
I would've stuck to the business degree. Especially if you're two years in. The 2nd year is the hardest year anyway.
These music / performing arts studies imo are more geared towards ppl that want to venture into theatre and Broadway.
Good luck tho.
haves fun babes

Well it might be the right choice then. A degree behind your name will ease you into the auditions. It's all about who you know that knows somebody that knows somebody in that business.

!!!!!!!!!!! Basically.
Good luck, hun.
You're not doing real world?
Congrats.
I'd say finish the business degree or something that you can fall back on or that will help you with conducting business while doing music. And in the meantime take voice and performance lessons. There's no one way to enter the entertainment business now. Just work on getting better and getting exposure. It will all work itself out in the end.
so are they gonna edit you out or how is that gonna work
I mean .... NO
im not telling you good luck
for what?
this is not feasible 'Mitri
lemme preface with ... unless you have some stacks or grants or free money waiting
but other than that nah
especially if loans are involved. I'm speaking from experience, it's such a waste and the system not set up properly
you really don't need a degree for what you tryna do anyway :dead:
just believe in yourself and jump right into it!
you'd be better off moving to ATL and interning at a studio to get real world experience at this point
plus what's gonna happen with that 2 years already in BIZ?! speaking from experience
you need to go ahead, wrap up whatever associates you can get now if you have to have a 'gree
otherwise take those loans out to start your own label or fund your alberm as long as you have a good marketing technique
I don't wanna be blunt, but you're mess hasn't been that good to go into debt for
you can get the satisfaction of doing that without it imo
When does your season of the real world air
Congrats!
I would recommend a different degree, though... that compliments music performance.
Yall know damn well that boy ain't answering them "Real World" questions. Hell, he may not even post in his own thread again.
Lol 😆 real world is still happening. If I'm not out there by 2018 then y'all can bash me and call me a liar but sometimes things don't happen the way we thought they would 🤷♂️ But in the meantime before then I wanna add some things to my belt to make me look better for when I do.
Btw I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled today so I'm going through a little hell as we speak https://instagram.com/p/BXWdlaRA1yq/
