Do you girls feel like you have insomnia?
I notice a lot of you guys are usually up when I am
But I sleep a lot... I think? :diddraispoot:
But it's generally split up.
Like I'll fall asleep at night and get about 4 hours, wake up for like 2-3 hours or until I decide to force myself to sleep, then sleep for 1-3 hours then I'm up for the day
And that's WITH work
If I'm off, ill sleep 2-3 hours max at a time at time

I dunno if Im healthy or what
But I haven't passed out nor am I unfocused at work.
But I've been like this since my teens. Maybe I'm really fucked up :damselindistress:
Do you guys get more than 6 hours of sleep a day?
I slept 8 hours one time a few months ago when I was really drunk and it freaked me out
I was like, did I go into a coma? Why is there light outside?

But everyone I know seems to sleep 6,7,8 hours straight no problem
sddddf I honestly slept 10 hours straight once, maybe more. My body literally told me to sit down and stfu
I always get 6 at least. It's just usually at the strangest damn times :dead:

Ever since i moved to a large city I can only get 6hrs of sleep, maximum. Its usually a 4hr here wake up for 30mins then sleep for an hr or so. Unless im really drunk.
I can fall asleep any time of the day so not really and I work night shifts. I usually take a nap when I get home and get back up for awhile and lay back down again.
I usually get 7 hours a night and I always sleep straight through :supluv:
the other day I slept for 10 hours and I was still tired
but because my work schedule is all over the place I can't fall into a regular sleep pattern
but the norm for now seems to be 4-6 hours of sleep
I'm usually golden on 7+ hours
Anything less and i'll try to nap during the day or just end my day early
I guess its because I don't use caffeine to keep myself up if I have something to do.
Naps>>> but its so hard to wind yourself down with all these modern distractions (TV, etc)
