people who knows and love art would know that nothing is new anymore. And Janelle wasnt the first to give that type of artwork, lol.

soooooooooooooooooooooooo many artists/painters/photographers have done stuff like this. So who steals from who?...... none can really know. On other hand, I dont see Dawn and Janelle covers samey. the blue background maybe? other than that, Janelle has a "city" on her head, while Dawn is jewerly, quite different things lol

In that sense, Christina played a bit with a similar approach too, with a face shoot and the neck/rest painted:

the main difference here is the white background and half the face painted. But covers like these there are a lot out there.
