"Leolah Brown has a troubled history of criminal activities with an arrest for 'forgery in the first degree' in Fulton County in 2004, amongst other things. Exactly one year after the death of Bobbi Kristina, she tried to rip off several people by claiming she'll need funds for an investigation called 'Justice 4 Whitney & Bobbi Kristina' via GoFundMe, asking for $200.000."
