I'd agree with this if this were a few years ago, but I find it hard to believe given this place she's in now. I'd like to believe she's more secure in making and solidifying her own decisions these days. I think she's simply just being silent because she still has that old school mentality when it comes to the industry.

i think (correct me if im wrong) we really believed bran when she said she was ready this time, she even showed us signs that she was ready to dominate. So its hard to see her fall back into the old ways slowly.. now thats not negating what shes done roxie was great, zoe was great but music is what INITIALLY connected us to bran and thats what we've been waiting for. Two Eleven in my idea was her way of reintroducing herself so that she had something to go off with her next project... but if she keeps taking long ass breaks like this.. shes gonna have to keep doing the whole reintroduction shit..

And if it was a one album deal, what was she walking away from? Nothing else was lined up because When Shock Value II came out, it didn't say Featuring Brandy courtesy of.....

That's who's doing her 5 track EP. He dropped the bomb on the EP actually being a thing so at this point I figure he's our best bet at getting info.
Vaughn also has tea on the EP because she spoke about it in their last interview but per BET he can't release the interview until closer to Zoe Ever After debut.
He said he was going to go back to her team and ask if he could just release clips talking about the EP but he never said what was the outcome of that...........

If said person signs a CONTRACT to a LABEL for 1 YEAR and 1 ALBUM and said person gives them 1 YEAR and 1 ALBUM... how is that walking away? Her obligations were fulfilled... :uhh: That's common sense right?

Just fyi, labels will sign a new artist for 1 album... it happens love. Not everyday but it happens. How much do you really know about the industry? Some of us actually have part in it!

There's a difference between a new artist and a vet. I never said a one album deal is impossible but yea, for Brandy, that wouldn't make sense.
