Title: If JoJo was Hannah Montana, where would she and Miley be now?

Let's say JoJo didn't turn down the role of Hannah Montana. Would she had been as successful as Miley in the long run? I'm guessing Miley would've been picked up for something else. We know her daddy's connections probably got her that role, let's be honest.

and yes i think so .. i have always said this .. she thought she made the best decision NOT to do Hannah montana .. but it really was the WORST decision of her life

I'm sure she thought it was gonna be a 3LW/Cheetah girls situation where a once legit artist would be reduced to a radio Disney phenomenon.

I'm glad she turned down the role to be honest and I think she would have been too mature for that role or for disney period.

No, I meant what I said. You can't maintain relevance if it's not there to begin with. Who's to say the story would've worked without Billy Ray playing Miley's dad? Plenty of gorls on Disney got their own show but no relevance. And I don't think Jojo's coin is hurting

Hasn't she had record label issues? Idk what her pocketbook looks like but I know that I've heard more from Disney chicks than I have of her. Obviously very talented but her issue, at least to me, is lack of exposure/outlets.

JoJo kinda KEEPS a check :dead: it would have been cute for her at that time, but her label issues
wouldn't have changed. she wouldn't have been able to put music out for sale either way

She was on her way tho, Radio was whoring that Leave Get Out song and she was getting performance slots on mainstream award shows.  I'm sure sis thought a Disney channel show would takeaway the credibility she was building.

Well she was too mature for the role then and then mileys music was pop country that later switch to pop urban then pop punk lol

But its not like miley is this huge artist

She probably just thought it would interfere with her music career. I don't think it was an "am too good!" thing. The offer was probably in 2004/2005 before all of the horrifying problems began.
