So I'm really bad with this working out thing but have been managing to work out regularly since a couple of weeks. Already see my biceps growing a bit (probably wasn't hard, cause initially there were no muscles there at all).

So what I need to know:

- What foods do I have to eat in order to support muscle growth as a naturally slim person? I wanna look ripped and not risk having layers of fat covering my muscles, just cause I was trying to gain mass.

- What will make my ass bigger?

If you?re natural slim and you want to bulk ...look into some protein shakes.
Get a PT session so they can help you come up with a specific workout routine to go with your goals.

As for the cakes. Dr Miami. I don?t care what the girls claim. You can do 3 billion squats and lunges. If the cake wasn?t there to begin with it ain?t magically appearing.
