You clean up, cook, eat then everything is all messed up again. The clean people here will understand what I mean.. Its so frustrating

I cook a big meal on Sundays to last me the week because I work 12 hour shifts because on some days by the time I get home it?s midnight.

ssddddddddddddddddsss

Sometimes if I got the time and really in the cooking mood, I?ll just cook two big meals and freeze one until midweek. I kinda get that from my mom. She?ll cook like it?s Thanksgiving on Sundays and if you don?t space it out and get tired of all it before Thursday, that?s just on fucking you. If it?s something I like, I can eat leftovers until it?s gone...

I try to cook a few times a week, but it is so time consuming. I used to meal prep as well but it became too much. It saves so much money though!!!

I actually love to cook and make great meals.

My best tip for you lazy hoes is to make a yummy meal - and then put the leftovers into zip-lock bags and put them in the freezer.

This way you're not forced to eat the same thing for a few days straight and over time you end up with lots of yummy little leftover meals that can easily be microwaved.

If you do this just once a week with a decent meal after a few weeks you have a bunch of yummy left over meals in the freezer to pull from.

i'm a vegatarian so i have to at least meal prep twice a week or i will starve. There are very few fast food restaurants that cater to that diet.

The way I go UP for these Boca and Gardein products after a long day of work.

Just ordered some Native foods also  :sobusyjetsetter:

I had it once and it was so good. I was so concerned that it was actually meat though; just seemed to "life" like. That is what i am struggling with now. Too much soy is not good for us especially males! What alternatives have you been using?

Honestly i havent really gotten too far because its so time consuming. Ive been using zucchini and spinach a lot more. Some Indian curry recipes have been helpful too. I tried jackfruit(didnt like it much) Tofu is alright but you have to let it marinate in whatever flavor you're cooking for at least a damn day!

Ive also been trying to stay away from the gmo veggie products too.
