I used to always jump rope as a kid. I stopped as I got older but I'm doing it again now and I love it. It's probably my fav cardio exercise now.

Jump rope is literally the best cardio anyone can do. You lose more calories doing an hour of jump rope than doing an hour of any other cardio such as running, cycling, rowing, etc.
