:stressed:

Yeah just gonna be streaming services eventually
But I hope they don't stop physical CDs ever
I like having a copy even though I don't use them

I'll be good as long as all these releases end up on Godify :raycharles2urmess:

Reading the article...seems like a bunch of predictions as opposed to an actual plan.
Yeah the predictions as far as when. Some of the info leaked in 2016 according to the article, and it stated in 2-3 years. Apple then denied it all the up until this year, and the people who leaked always countered the denial by saying they are still on track to phase it out.
It's coming though.
I can see that happening by year 2020 or something for sure
Damn. So at some point everyone is gonna have to pay for a streaming membership?
IDK how I feel about that.
This sounds like BS. Unless every artists is selling 1k, I don?t see how that will happen anytime soon.
Wow. I?m not surprised though. The game is so different now.

Physical copies will be done in the next five years. It's a matter of time tbh, our 90s/00s tech is running on its last course.

Yeah best buy stopped selling them a few days ago....that leaves Target....Walmart.
I'm curious as to how this will affect some artists financially. Even on just the back end because I'm sure that production costs won't decrease with the low payout rate that streaming provides...especially the indy artists who get more money from their physical stufff.
I?m unsure about this....
