He was pursuing legal action but I don't know if he is still going through with it or has a case. Another article mention that both of their producers just used from the same sample pack.

Yea, this is dumb. This isnt the 1st time the same producer uses the same beat for another track. In the Caribbean, its actually a standard. One beat or "riddim", multiple songs.
