She has an INSANE voice. Wow. I think her voice started getting raspy because she started to get overcome by her emotions. It didn't take away from the song in my opinion. Just amazing.

I think she was trying to do too much as the song progressed so she started cracking and going in n out of pitch. But overall I got goosebumps.
