I bought a cleanse from Pressed Juicery.... and Lord I ain?t never been this hungry in my life. Food ain?t never smelled so good.... I?m proud of myself for finishing the first day.

You're better off just doing a 24-48 hour fast . At least you'll actually reset your body internally and show some willpower
