Didn't have proof that he was given special permissions which would override normal access rules, and became argumentative with someone because she didn't take his word for it.
If you don't have it in writing, it didn't happen. I can see why she just said forget it and called campus security. Who wants to spend 20 minutes explaining rules to someone? At some point if a person doesn't understand the rules, maybe it's time to have them forcibly removed.
