The best part about Bey's performance was when Kelly showed up.

Katy's performance was really good but she NEEDS things like costume changes where it's more of a plus for others (Bey). No shade, I use her but she can't just do a single-costume mess because she doesn't have the talent or possess the presence to back it up.
