As its all fine and dandy to be woke now, I've noticed a common rise in people bashing interracial relationships, but that isn't exactly what bothers me.
People would bash interracial dating but in the same breath turn around and put people like obama and even recently lauren london on a pedestal in terms of blackness, Or fetishizing light skinned half breeds like drake, despite them only existing because of said interracial dating.
Is that a contradiction?
Duh
Blacks were/are trained to like LIGHT but not White
You know this girl :dead:
Putting Obama on a pedestal in terms of blackness? I'm not understanding what ur talking about here :dead:
I know ur looking for a debate but ur point isn't clear. Interracial relationships were actually bashed a lot heavier back in the day :dead:

Not trying to be shady honestly, honestly, but are one of the mixed girls who 'cant find a spot'? Because this is topic for you often
I know from my mixed friends/family that is common and an issue.

I wasnt trying to make a debate more so a discussion.
What I mean is that Obama is celebrated as being the first black president (as he should) and credited as to helping out the black community, and is looked at as a very important figure to black people. Even looked at as highly attractive.
However At the same time people would call his father a self hating coon for falling in love with his white mother. It's like they love obama's existence but at the same time hating it, which is what I mean by contradiction. Hating the swirl relationship but loving and fetishizing the swirl baby.

A lot of these girls have a hard time conceding to the fact that they are essentially black
I do wonder if they feel white ppl instincts, if that makes sense
Cuz black instincts are a real ass thing
Like how we can literally hear a song/beat by the sound of a ticking clock fjfjdkdkd
Or made beats on the lunch room table for the girls to mess too
It's just sumn in us, ya know?
like when jay z's "99 problems come on".. the girls know to yell the first few lines
It's just instinctual

oh well that goes back to slavery. It's unfortunate but it'll be this way for a while
It's a very odd contradiction that i don't think people even realize they're giving. Well, the ones that idolize everything "light" and hate everything white, anyway.
Then you have the ones that don't mind black men fucking white women, but would absolutely DIE if they saw the opposite. It's all very strange

Huh? This is the only time I made a topic like this, at least recently. Its just something I noticed.
:dead:
This topic is not so much about mixed kid's perspective, its more so about people hating mixed relationships but putting mixed children on a pedestal.
Nothing like the touch of a black man. This coming from someone who's dated white men.

xcccccccccccccc
i understand what you're saying
i cant speak for anyone because im like, 108% black outside of whoever raped my ancestors 100+ years ago
but i imagine some white traits still PEAK through occasionally, no matter how much black is in there

Well most of my issues came from people thinking I was fully white, not exactly because I was mixed. :dead:. Like I couldn't say the n word or date black men.
When People found out my father was black People embraced me more and fetishized the light skin.

So happy I'm 100% black
:scrumptious:
Like its so many black women that would hang a black man for dating a white woman
But would suck drake's dick in a heartbeat :dead:
It's a double standard of sorts.
You NEED to watch this episode of paternity court. The way the guy's family is bashing this white woman and her baby. CHILE...
