I don't think I've ever seen a person of colour/non-white person with serious acne

And based on the fact that I'd never be with a white person, the answer is no.

I mean yea but they have to have good bone structure under the acne. 

U can still be cute under the acne mess

And it would be fun to see a before after mess after I recommend them to my dermatologist
