Do celery, orange, grapefruit, and watermelon juices. I don't have a juicer so i use my blender and strain with a strainer or cheese cloth.

i don't want a cheap juicer that's gonna breakdown on me. Been there done that, lol. I want a good one that can also juice greens and pineapple (these are tough to juice). My blender costs alot so i use it to juice for now. :dead:
Those who want watermelon juice, which is amazing, blend that ish up, and strain it! :-D

You honestly can't even taste the avocado when it's added.
It adds healthy fats and makes the smoothie creamy. It's good.

Juicing is pointless if you aren't doing it multiple times a day long term, the anti-oxidant effects peak for a couple of hours only, not long enough for it to do any real benefit to the body, then the body regulates them back down again.
