!!!!!
IMO this is better than Biore because Biore leaves a slight white cast, this literally vanishes into the skin and you get more product than Biore
it's like wearing 2nd skin
I had to import 15 bottles from Amazon US into the UK to offest the cost :dead:
This will be my new daily moisturizer :thatssowendy: :thatssowendy: :thatssowendy: :thatssowendy:

I like the nivea sun care range. But i need a minimum spf 50. And a UV block

yh sadly
Damn, must cost a lot
I hate regular white sunscreen, this sounds like it would be perfect for me.
Oh well, I might visit Japan next year anyway.

Don't know how safe this is but it's bets to use organic sunscreens that are zinc based. Sunscreens are really toxic

U light skin?
And is it the lower the SPF the better? What's the difference between 35 and 50?
There's not much difference between SPF's, if I remember correctly SPF30 covers about 97%, SPF50 covers 98%
I just use the lower SPF'S because they tend to be thinner and lighter, but with Asian sunscreens they're all the same texture.
But SPF's only refer to UVB rays, they're the rays that cause burning and tanning.
But what you WANT is something that covers UVA rays as well, they're the ones that cause marks, ageing, wrinkles and cancers, and mess that you wont be able to see until 10 years later, the higher
PPD ratings will tell you what sunscreen covers the best
the higher the PPD rating the better, ++++ is the highest, +++ is medium and anything less and kinda useless.
If you want Western Sunscreens look for ones that say "broad spectrum" they'll cover both UVA and UVB
basically:
Asian sunscreens use PPD and SPF
Western Sunscreens use SPF and "broad spectrum"
and the reason why Asian sunscreens are waaay better is because American/Euro companies treat sunscreen as a drug and they take YEARS to approve them, we're using mess from 50 years ago where Asia uses sunscreens as a beauty product, so they'll spend tonnes of money into research and finding the best formula's they are always pumping out new and improved mess
