Did the grandpa drop her or something? Was the child being properly supervised?

Yes. The grandfather dropped her. He thought there was a screen/window but it was nothing but thin air; a mirage of sorts.

They gonna lose everything. It wasn't the cruise line fault. Wtf would the papa even do that with a damn baby. Wtf.

He pushed her purposely. Wtf would he have her in a window 11ft up anyway?! I understand they're mourning but the grandfather should be charged with manslaughter
