So, it's week two of my gym injury. I'm recovering nicely and I'm feeling awesome. I know Vonc, Mel, Mayday, Monika and they other gorls have been worried sick. But I'm okay guys...

Zoro will ride again!!!!!!

My little Puerto Rican brings me lunch everyday. I'm such a blessed man.

keep at it homie.. glad u feel better  I'm hitting it really hard next week because all weekend has been nothing but beer, sweets, fried chicken and wine, but I have an excellent metabolism and can burn fat pretty quickly.,

How do you burn it easily? I'm almost 300 pounds.

Thanks.. I'm trying to stay committed this time around. And staying away Popeyes and then $2 a slice pizza joints.
