Last I heard Jay Z was acquiring an NFL team too.I don't like Jay Z in the slightest. People are so quick to call someone a coon and no one is trying to do shit about the betterment of the black NFL players that sacrifice their bodies to play this game.  TAKE A KNEE! NOT GONNA SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM! BOYCOT! That's cute, but at the end of the day what tha fuck that gon' do?

This is kinda dumb
The NFL is not obligated to let Kaep play even if he is good
this is a sport, where a lot is subjective and they have their own rules
I don't agree with the reason why the teams aren't trying to sign him but it's their right
just because they're not fucking with Kaep doesn't mean his friend Jay can't do business with them
if that's the case any person who is Colin's friend on any team right now should quit

I mean I'll be honest... I say alot about black ppl and their rage owts
but in this specific case, if boycotting actually took place, the NFL would crumble
what would white sportscasters, and white ppl go see? a bunch of white men passing the ball around the field :dead:

they had all the power and they were too scared to use it, also they are football players and typically less bright because the one focus in life has been making it to the NFL. So while I can't blame them for not giving up their seat at the table,  they won't be on any of my lists for men with self-respect and dignity.

I don't actually watch the NFL tho, it's disgusting to me. They're basically running around out there like massa's past time entertainment, while the white announcers hoop and holler about how stacked that black kid is, similar to horse racing tbh

the morality of it doesn't come into play UNTIL your 5th and 6th sentences
if you don't agree with something that has harmed someone, but you still condone it
that's a huge morality issue. so no... you actually don't. boy.

who cares when it comes in as long as the morality is done
and this has not "harmed" anyone
Colin is sitting on millions. Where is he harmed? There's millions of people that wish they accomplished half of what he already had in his career
If they don't wanna sign him he's 1 in a billion that didn't get picked
There's other football leagues if he just HAS to play
Or he can go get a job with his college education

2. Your contradicting yourself bro.
If you say it's wrong how they did Colin, you can't come back and say "oh but he has millions so it doesn't matter" :uhh:
How much money he has is a moot point, when discussing the morality of a white organization, making a black man silence his political views and "play ball" and punishing him when he didn't

So now do you clearly understand what morality is and why you were wrong? are you ok? don't feel bad, lots of ppl aren't smart and don't know things, still luv ya.

Imo I think he's wants to put himself on there in a position power to own a team so he can control and manage the mess others weren't able to with Colin.

It's like when Gucci put out those blackface garments, everyone wanted to boycott, it didn't even make a dent in their sales. Naomi managed to partner with to get them to open 4 design schools in Africa to champion the next wave of black talent
Sometimes you have to work with the enemy to influence real change that will benefit yourself and others, I doubt with Jay on board another Colin situation won't happen again.

Kaep' aside, this would be so bad if Jay hadn't been vocal about others working with the NFL, him turning down the Superbowl, and even criticizing JD for doing the concerts during Superbowl week. He deserves the critique/outrage just as equally as he does the chance to show what this move is all about.

Him not performing could have also been a "business decision" as well considering halftime acts don't get paid to perform.

He didn't backtrack shit.

He said the kneeling was essential to get to where we are now.

The FIRST black nfl owner.

"It's also one of the country's whitest clubs. The Jacksonville Jaguars' Shahid Khan and the Buffalo Bills' Kim Pegula are currently the only people of color who are majority owners of NFL franchises. None of the league's majority owners are black. -Dec 19, 2017"

How yall the largest number of employees, but not a single owner  :plzstop:

And lets not forget what roc nation sports management has been doing for these players who would otherwise be flat out broke a few years into their retirement.

Jay walks the walk. Y'all just got weak knees and finger boxing

Nah that was never the point. Kap was strategic and wanted to make it a black man vs the 1 sport that is 99.9% white owned.

If he was sincere he wouldn't have sued to the nfl for a payout for his "services" to the community

Or jump on the nike wagon. The same nike that helps bankroll trumps campaigns.

Or a date a woman that is on viacom's payroll.

Its too many inconsistencies

They don't have a single right to kneel while they are on the clock.

The department of defense pays the nfl to have their employees stand on the field during the national anthem / flag ceremony.

If you feel that the flag that is also paying for your salary doesn't represent you get your ass the fuck on. BLM is hiring.

What effectiveness did the kneeling have? A bunch of clout chasing, twitter fingers and a bigger bag for kap?  :kii:
Why didn't he kneel for the first 5 years?  :kii: did police brutality just start in aug 2016?  :kii:

What bills n actions have been put in place since he kneeled? Isn't police brutality still an ongoing issue? Is the nfl in charge of law making or police governance?  :kii:

The inconsistency started when y'all believed kap was in it for anything but his own bag.

There's no inconsistency jay-z has never kneeled on any field nor has ever accused the military or the flag of being the issue just to be controversial.

Inconsistency is kap kneeling in aug 2016 after standing for 5 whole years. He stood all of 2013/14 when police brutality was a damn near daily occurrence.

We are past fucking kneeling. Jay said what the fuck he said and you can weep, cry, disagree or whatever. It ain't changing.

JAY-Z then addressed why he had an issue with Scott's performance at the halftime show in February, noting that he thought that the 28-year-old rapper shouldn't have been a side act to any artist given his own success.

"Nobody asked about it, but my problem with Travis Scott wasn't about him not playing football, my problem was that he had the biggest year to me," he explained. "Last year, he had a monster record -- 'Sicko Mode' --  and he's playing on a stage with an M on it. I don't see any reason for him to play second fiddle to anyone that year and that was my problem."

People are so quick to call someone a coon and no one is trying to do shit about the betterment of the black NFL players that sacrifice their bodies to play this game.  TAKE A KNEE! NOT GONNA SING THE NATIONAL ANTHEM! BOYCOT! That's cute, but at the end of the day what tha fuck that gon' do?
it caused a lot of mayhem and even if only some people listened and realized why they were kneeling (Colin always thoroughly explained it) then that helps. Every small step is a step

Some people did it just do it of course and you're right, but others were getting the dialogue started and a fire has definitely been lit into the NFL's ass

So it's not like Jay will be able to change or do much. They can remove owners like players.  I'm wondering what he's expecting to change by becoming part owner. So its really not the BOSS move we are calling it lol

It's a money move to me, sorry :dead:

(And I'm not totally mad at that)

So I'm not surprised that he ended up shaking hands with the NFL himself and saying that we should be done with kneeling and protesting after he was one of the main people backing up the protesting and mess ( https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/jay-z-on-nfl-anthem-protests-its-not-about-the-flag-its-about-justice-119799/ )

All this means is that the NFL made an offer good enough for him to backtrack on a bit of his mess and brace himself for the incoming punches to his stomach from the gorls ready to call a spade what it is.

You can't be all for protesting and kneeling one minute and then move to minimize its effectiveness in the next. Make it make sense, camel. Just say they offered you enough money to slip and slide back on your mess and call it a day.
yea that's where he kinda fucked up. Yes more should be done, but to be that dismissive of kneeling all of a sudden is strange and unnecessary

If he was sincere he wouldn't have sued to the nfl for a payout for his "services" to the community

Or jump on the nike wagon. The same nike that helps bankroll trumps campaigns.

Or a date a woman that is on viacom's payroll.

Nah he was definitely sincere. Anyone would've sued their asses after that obvious racism

He's still better than most if not every second string quarterback back currently playing and they never could justify why he was jobless. NFL players have the weakest union and are the least protected contractually out of all the 4 major US sports.

there's always gonna be a criticism for someone like him and i get it. His way of going about it wasn't PERFECT, but if he started kneeling in 2014, someone would simply say "well why not in 2012!?"  meh. He was brave enough to do it and i do believe his reasoning for doing so

Faggot you didn't even know the NFL players had the right to protest.

And Jay-Z was publicly upset with Travis Scott for signing onto the halftime show during that "Stand up to da man" mess.
Like I said, he threw shade at others who worked with the NFL in other capacities.

Sit down.

He even called JD personally and urged him to not do a deal.

Stop making shit up.

JD was never asked for the superbowl halftime. And while the game was in Atlanta he did plenty of activities and hosting around it.

JD's actual actions and words:

We deal with facts here

EXCUSE YOU?????? What lie did I tell? Where did I say halftime show??? Click the damn link.

But .... "making change internally!"

Sure he is :plzstop:

It's more than like because he went HARDER behind the scene than what we saw or heard of publicly.

B. Cox talk about it on a podcast. Spoke about how Jay called JD and urged him to not do a deal with Superbowl. He also made some other interesting points.
!!!! And I can only imagine who else he discouraged as well

For Rih to publicly like a post saying he was wrong speaks volumes to me. I'm fairly certain he might have discouraged her from doing any SuperBowl shows.

And let's say he does have a master plan for conversation. it's the optics of it for me. Because Owners have to sign MANY bylaws and guidelines. So it's not like Jay will be able to change or do much. They can remove owners like players.  I'm wondering what he's expecting to change by becoming part owner. So its really not the BOSS move we are calling it lol

It's a money move to me, sorry :dead:
I'm glad someone pointed this out. Yall really believe Jay is about to get in the NFL and start running shit  :dead: :plzstop: :plzstop:

This is reminding me of that Brooklyn Nets deal he did but eventually had too let go because it wasn't a good or smart deal, even though he benefited with money.

I personally wouldn't be marching up and down my office screaming BLACK POWUH!!! FUCK DA MAN!!
sdsddsdsd

But I mean if we had to stand and honor the flag every morning before we began work ...
I'd def feel a bit out of place. Yes I am an American citizen but this country wasn't and isn't made for me.
The fuck I look like standing somewhere with tears in my eyes as we sing an anthem

The fuck. I'd definitely be rolling my eyes and even finding a way to skip the pledge of allegiance. I

'm here to get my job done. And that should be the MOST important thing to any executive when it comes to their employees. The numbers they're bringing in to your company and your team. Not whether or not I want to join in on some damn glorified singalong.

If your place of employment was being paid millions to salute the flag. You better stand on your heels and toes bitch.  :raycharles2urmess:

Your entire post was a lie. Jd was getting dragged n pressured by social media. Jay ain't told that midget jack shit.

Adfghjjkk @ y'all thinking the nfl was about to fo a deal with broke ass jd.

That's the fucking point. Jay thought the same as "social media".  So he called JD to urge him to not do it...ACCORDING TO B. COX. Not some shit that was made up by me.

Can you post this phone call that never happened? Especially since you we're conferenced in or whatever

Can YOU prove that it never happened? :omgwatshappening:

This is kinda dumb
The NFL is not obligated to let Kaep play even if he is good
this is a sport, where a lot is subjective and they have their own rules
I don't agree with the reason why the teams aren't trying to sign him but it's their right
just because they're not fucking with Kaep doesn't mean his friend Jay can't do business with them
if that's the case any person who is Colin's friend on any team right now should quit
so you don't believe in morality?
cause that's what this is an issue of
ppl can do what they want all day
it's the question of SHOULD they do it that is more important bby boy
clearly I do because I said I DONT AGREE WITH THE REASON WHY THE TEAMS ARENT TRYING TO SIGN HIM
huh

the morality of it doesn't come into play UNTIL your 5th and 6th sentences
if you don't agree with something that has harmed someone, but you still condone it
that's a huge morality issue. so no... you actually don't. boy.
who cares when it comes in as long as the morality is done
and this has not "harmed" anyone
Colin is sitting on millions. Where is he harmed? There's millions of people that wish they accomplished half of what he already had in his career
If they don't wanna sign him he's 1 in a billion that didn't get picked
There's other football leagues if he just HAS to play
Or he can go get a job with his college education
1. Colin, his career, and his family weren't harmed? :uhh:

1. No. Colin, his career nor family were harmed
IDK what your definition of harm is but they didn't take anything from him that was owed so...
2. I didn't contradict myself because I didn't say it's wrong what they did
I said I don't agree with the reason why they did it. You're not TOO bright I know but there is a difference between the morality of an action and the reason for the action.
3. The white organization did not silence anything or punish him. He kneeled, the people didn't like it but they waited until his contract was up then didn't re-sign him. It was completely legal
4. If the NFL is so bad why do we want them to let him play? He shouldn't even want to play for an organization that sided with the dumb republicans thinking that he was disrespecting the country

:uhh:

:dead: :dead: :dead:

Was beyonce hurt by not winning awards? Why call on them boycott some shit if it's all so simple?  Either it's wrong or it isn't.  Either ur against it or u understand it and are justifying all the way around. That boy is a different kinda special tbh
no Bey wasn't hurt by not winning awards clearly and that wasn't the point of calling on the boycott. Sometimes you just don't agree with stuff and you cut ties/walk away IDK why that's hard to understand
Dumb nigger

The ones that work for the NHS?

Ive never heard of any doctor that has their private practice going on a damn strike  :kii:
yes even them and they have before
They all account to the GMC, if the GMC starts messing with hours and salaries, they'll strike

My contract states exactly how many hours a week i signed on for and I'm not required to work a millisecond longer without my own explicit consent. Really sorry y'all contracts aren't this defined.  :raycharles2urmess:
that's a basic requirement stated in everyone's contract  :udontlookok:

Just say your clueless hun

I actually know way more than you think bbydll. I started off in HR many moons ago. The reasons why y'all stay at a damn picket fence is because of the small letters that state your employer can change shit at any given time as long as they give you X amount of notice at any given time. All your rights go out the window after your probation.

Don't be mad cuz I didn't get got. Be happy for me.  :howfestive:
