We see what appears to be Saud outside, with a big pale of chicken that is uncovered behind her. I tried to go to her place once, but it was closed. I am always in Philly on Mondays for someone reason, but her shop is in an area that looks like what I imagine Iraq to look like.

I love Saud but of course any more homecooked-style or diner version of a chicken sandwich is gonna slay fast food.

People love fast food mostly for the convenience. Not because it's deliciously gourmet

They won't have to travel as far when they're hungry to find a Chic Fila or Mickey Dee's.

But Saud is there when you just want that down home, real ass stick to ya stomach type of meal.
