Talent wise yea her voice had gotten stronger
and she really started doing her over the top performances

It depends on what you are referring to. I think Sasha will stamped her as a international artist and those singles are timeless (Single Ladies, Halo, If I Was a Boy). 4 was cute and different but the songs wasn't blockbuster strong.
