She has an interesting voice. Listening to the song The Rain. Her tone is a blend of pleasant and annoying. Distinctly annoying on the highs. Maybe there's a lane for her with the Zzzquil gorls.

This is my issue with her!!! I was ready to stan for "The Rain" and then I heard all that damn melodyne and auto tune when it wasn't even needed. She always uses it in a way that serves no purpose.
In my opinion, I think there are just different factions of R&B now. The singers now aren't really singing down like they used to. It's a little more laxed on the vocals and more geared towards a melody or vibe. The era of the Toni's, Faith's Kelly Price etc. is kind of not what is being put out anymore.
