Or listen to the radio?
I haven't done either in YEARS.
:disgusted:
I catch everything on the apps days later and I listen to the radio when Im too lazy to think of music to search for.
Only when i'm visiting family.
I played the radio for the first time in a while some months ago and was SHOOK cause I didnt recognize none of the songs :dead:
nah
Streaming & podcasts>>>>>
ddddd between netflix, youtube, anime sites, & more i'm too distracted
Honestly no :dead:
The only time I hear the radio is if the Uber or cab driver is playing it and I don't happen to have my headphones in
And I watch everything on my laptop or IPad
I watch tv, but don't listen to the radio.
I don't pay for cable cable, but I pay for live streaming. I'm impatient. I can't be waiting until the next day n mess for RHOA. Especially with social media always spilling the tea.

Television is obsolete tbh.

I legit wonder why I'm paying for cable TV when my TV is off most times.
however I do LOVE a good Law & Order 'arathon here and there. So that's the only justification I have left for what could easily be considered a waste of money.
Plus I'm too lazy to call and hear the cable representative fight me tooth and nail about trying to remove it...try and lie and say that it's a "better deal" to keep it with the internet, returning the boxes and all that other mess.
They're so lucky I can't just switch this mess off entirely with a click of a couple buttons.
And I don't listen to the radio
Just cancel the TV and keep the internet
Most cable companies will let you stream the mess if you log into your account :dead:
You dont really need actual cable tv anymore, they just keep it because people still buy it

!!!! I lowkey tapped into my parents' cable mess. Lolz
I have to keep up with Iyanla. Ddddddd I'm honestly considering cutting my Sling off altogether, but I like the organized structure of having and browsing through all the channels in one place like real cable instead of going into each individual network app to stream shows.
I only have HULU LIVE and Roku devices on all my tvs :omf:
!!!! ROKU >>>
Appletv is lowkey TRASH. It's always so glitchy. Even the damn REMOTE. If you BREATHE on it too hard, it's gonna fuck up something.
:udontlookok:
Roku's remote batteries just die too damn quick for me though...
How long before cable is completely obsolete? Whatever you can't find on Netflix you can find on HULU :dead:
I haven't had cable since 2014
I listen to the radio every morning and sometimes at night but I watch TV everyday 🤷🏾♂️
No. I'm always on YouTube, Hulu and I'm thinking about getting my Netflix back as well. fdfd
I really don't see the point in cable anymore.
YouTube even has YouTubeTV which is basically cable. :plzstop: sooner or later cable companies are gonna prob gonna be offering streaming services and internet only. fdfd
I think y'all are underestimating how many people watch TV because y'all don't... There's literally millions of people watching some shows, that's how they stay on tv and eventually end up on the streaming services y'all watch. Y'all do know if y'all watch shows on on demand streaming services (like Hulu) within a certain amount of days after it airs on TV it still counts as a household watching it and supports its viewership. So even though you didn't watch it when it aired on the channel it still counts as if you did. I'm not sure of the time frame but I think it's 48 hrs but I could be wrong on that

Or amazon prime but you still have to subscribe to the channels to see the content
Thats eventually gonna be the new form of cable

You haven't noticed all these award shows and TV show having record low ratings?

There were almost 20 mill viewers of the Grammy's and over 20 mill for the Oscars... People are comparing the viewership to the past when there wasn't many viewing options and people either watched live or not as all. I'm not arguing that live TV viewing is declining but it's not gonna go away for a long time.
No :omf:
Never.
The only thing I watch live on tv is football, and even that I now bootleg and watch on apps.

I need to cancel but I HATE calling companies to do stuff like that. It's a waste of money, though.
I need to learn how to use fire sticks or whatever mess others use. I usually pull up tv on streaming sites on my phone now.
They've basically reestablished cable with all these different streaming services. Hulu, 'flix, Prime, Disney plus, etc. Its the same as a bunch of different cable channels.
I watch a little TV sometimes. I don't have cable so i watch youtube documentaries or other videos. Reat movies. I read also. Sometimes i forget i have a TV. :dead:
I listen to the radio on my way from work...bout it! :-D
It's crazy.Who would've thought cable tv,radio, landline phones, and cd players would be obsolete 15 years ago.
Also newspapers and magazines.
The radio is terrible the same 20 songs over and over
Nope.
Unless it's like game of thrones or a bey special.
Nothing i hate more than commercials every 3 seconds.
