Honestly, yes.
If you don't want to release music or can't release music due to label issues, that's understandable. However, you SHOULD be doing your best to keep yourself in the public eye.
There's so many things Normani could be doing to stay relevant. She should be on the red carpet of every major event, hosting award shows (Billboard Music Awards coming soon), releasing videos on social media of her dancing/performing or singing acoustic covers. Just do SOMETHING.

plus Tinashe was making music way before 2 On happened. that's the benefits of having full musical talent. not only writing your own music but also fully or partly producing it. don't have to wait on anyone to give you quality material.
