I've noticed that whenever I order/make food (let's use pizza as an example) with friends can always can eat 3-4 slices/portions, but just one of anything always fills me up. Is there a way to increase one's appetite so I can "hang" with the munchers? Not sure if I need to practice eating more or what. Any advice is appreciated!
