Title: Mo'nique and "coon" culture.
Post by: herbie on July 19, 2020, 10:05:53 PM
So apparently people who did not support Mo'nique in her Netflix mess were automatically labeled as coons.

Do you agree that those who saw arguments other than Mo'nique's as valid and worth exploring were simply coons who were tap dancing?

This right here is true
SHe is not in the wrong for demanding pay equality & WHen blacks turn around and tell Monique
well you not worth it!!
what have you done???
why do you feel you should get more?
you not doing it right
you have to go about it a different way?
or as steve  harvey would say "we black out here we cant say that"
amy did  xyz
dave did xyz
netflix opinion is justified etc...........

So the question then becomes: well, what are you as a fellow black person and part of a disenfanchised minority
group truly fighting for ?
Are you seriously fighting on behalf of a white owned company and backing up their claims about the worth of someone else because they want to continue to practice unchecked discrimination?
and why are you going so hard to protect them and become their financial adviser and attorney?

Its truly giving me you told harpo to beat me teas

As monique said when she presented this to other whites and other minority groups they said hey you have a point here

now no one has to agree with monique and we can formulate our own opinions about what shes doing

but no way should we be fighting her on behalf of netflix (a company we own no ownershiop in) in trying to marginalize her

and thats the coon coming out in black folks that is so toxic and divisive and keeps us getting nowhere

I can't wait for her to lose this case so she can fade back into blackballed obscurity
