So....I must be inundated on a daily basis with statues and street names meant to celebrate racists because  "history!", but an infograph pulled from anti-racist book and placed on a museum's online website to spark conversation regarding past problematic ideologies is the issue?

They probably brought more attention to it with this removal mess.

So I wouldn't sweat it

hadnt seen this before and now I have .

mess.
An anonymous mess would be better than the white victimhood and Trump racebaiting that this generated.

Im here for a conversation and it seems like this could get the party started.

It was a pretty bold move to put that chart on display. Very forward move ... may just be a tad bit before it's time . But I think down the line things like that will not be so controversial and edgy

Cuz there's definitely truths on there. Only problem is that it can VERY easily be interpreted as an attack on White people as opposed to a slice of much needed education.
This is not that edgy  :dead:
There are Jim Crow museums with legitimate racist imagery and plantation tours, yet there's no outrage for their removal because most people are able to understand its historical purpose.

Rational white people would've been able to understand the significance with this, and the only reason it's being removed is because Trump removed it from its original context to deliberately misinform his (white) base.
