This new age Underground Railroad. I-
$7.75 an hour though.
Wow.
This could have gone so bad
What if this was a bored bitch that just wanted to see if they would quit. Then drive off when they walked up to the car?
This was cute but I wouldn't have been so trusting

I think she's famous in her area.
I have mixed feelings and most of it is because I dont have enough context.
I think her intention is great and I understand her needing workers. However..."how you get them, is usually how you lose them!"
these girls are fairly young and so I see why they are chasing the dollar. completely get it but it makes me uncomfortable because I couldn't help but to think about predators using something like this to lure in victims. Thank God Saud is a seemingly good person but it just dont sit right with me that these girls were willing to just up and "follow" someone who came through the drive through. kinda eery and when you think of all the women black women more specifically that just go missing I cant help to think its shit like this... where young girls and women's naiveness and innocence is being preyed on. if I was one of these girls parents watching this id be damn near ready to pop them upside the head. you dont just go follow somebody... they could've simply gave a... "can I please take your info down and get more information later?" but of course young girls trying to get ahead in life, they heard money and checked out.

They know who Saud is , though
You can tell because when she said "Meet me at Country Cookin" near the end of the video they didn't even ask where it's located or anything.
sfffsfsfsfsf
yeah still. :dead:
it feels off because you dont know her like that. and you never know what mfs really got going on behind the scenes. and even though its not the case with this specific case, I do believe shit like that happens or at least close to this same exact situation.

Yeah there's definitely MESS brewing behind the scenes between Saud and her staff because this was full of shade. Including the caption saying "One monkey don't stop no show."
Seems like one or more of her workers may have been sniffing themselves a bit
And maybe its me because I can overanalyze things but... If im Saud and a lil 30 sec talk was enough to get you to walk off your job ON THE SPOT I would question how committed you would be. if commitment is your issue with your current employees then I dont know that this would be the best indicator that they would not just jump ship and leave your ass high dry if they had the opportunity.
also understanding from the girls point of view.. if somebody offer me $15 and hour and im working at Country Cooking, depending on what else they talking about I might up and go there too. loyalty to a company aint gon necessarily get you ahead.
I think Saud really should've just encouraged them to take her info down and come after their shift or call for more info.

Not the girls packing up and leaving without finding out how MANY hours they'd get .
sfsffs
I understand what Saud's friend is saying about being proper with a 2 weeks notice, etc.
It's not so much about honoring McDonald's but I'm sure there is a Black manager there and they have other Black coworkers who may be negatively impacted by two people suddenly quitting.
Saud could have encouraged them to put in their notice. Yes it's "just" McDonald's but this is more about no developing good, professional habits.
But I can see why they just followed Saud's lead. She's Queen.
sdsdsssdsds
Fuck McDonald's
Walk out dat muddafucker
