SZA was smart for dropping the video same day
Hit Different was gonna chart regardless of the quality of the song.

It's an okay song but very safe. SZA is usually out of the with her song choices but idk maybe the album will be better

Uhh that's not true. :uhh:
Not tryna make it like Sza is some staple or automatic chart topper :plzstop:
ESPECIALLY top 40 for an R&B song. Like cut it tf out :dead:
Lots of people are anticipating SZA, hope the follow up songs are better
CTRL would be hard to top for her

That SZA song is hot as fuck. I've been playing it all week.
Nah, sza definitely aint someone that's some automatic chart topper. I just looked up her chart activity and this literally performed better than every song from her album and no song from it even went top 20, so how was this GUARANTEED to be a hit :plzstop:
Y'all say everything except what u should be saying, which is u were WRONG :omf:

m no one said this was gonna top the charts but she could've SHARTED on a track and it would've charted regardless
Her return was fairly anticipated :dead:

No one is guaranteed to chart, ESPECIALLY an R&B girl..... whose debut to MOST was last yr :omf:
How is the song terrible and "it's gonna be hard to top CTRL" but it's literally out charting and out performing everything from CTRL? :omf:
This is just like I said in that thread. Another instance of Bsource being removed from what's ACTUALLY going on outside of these "walls". The song is hot off first listen, hence the performance LOLZ! :blessed:
And I'm actually someone who hated sza but these are just the facts :receipts:
The song is just ok. Nothing more, nothing less.
The Barbz aren't coming back until WAP is outta the top 10.
Mainstream music is so terrible nowadays
There's literally only 2 songs in the top 10 that are good
:-/

I agree with Vonc....
Although her follow up album is heavily anticipated by the culture, SZA has never been that "chart topping" girl. :dead: This is a BOOK bbys.
And I like Hit Different. I think it's a perfect buzz/first single and a great indication of where she's trying to go this era. It's catchy, it's cute, it's fun! It seems she's a taking a more mainstream "radio friendly" route, which I embrace because she's doing it in a way where she still remains true to her sound. I'm excited to see where the music goes. I thought she was gonna be weird and take the Jhene route (lackluster follow up after the breakout moment with "The Worst"), but SZA seems to have it right. It's unlikely to top CTRL, but it'll likely still be really good. I see her gunning for hits.
