Not so bad!
Shes doing the same 1st week as Here.
That's too much.
Better than expected; Go Alicia these old R&B girls are competing with these new ones.

I think it maybe better than Here
Oh but she presented and performed at the Grammys and is signed to RCA?!
Yeah that's a bit tragic but she did not have any hit.

its not tragic at all :dead:
The Grammys was 9 months ago
0 hits
multiple push backs
messy sporadic promo
20 years in the game
& still the biggest first week of all the veterans. She kinda booked actually
I wouldnt say she had NO hits. Underdog did something. And Alicia has always been a big 1st week album seller. Shes not like a Toni or Brandy that are from the early 90s and whose biggest 1st week sales were in the 100,000s. She put out a LOT of singles and visuals, performed on the Grammy stage, did a Verzuz and kept her name out there. I expected 35k bu 50k is a gr8 performance for her.
thats too much but also bad coming from her.
this is terrible :hmph:
It's to be expected.
Just a few years ago, 50K would be considered a massive flop. Now it's a book, especially compared to her contemporaries who are pushing way less.
I haven't listened to the album and dont plan to, but good for her. I like to see the vets winning.
She's been promoting and been on the radio for a YEAR now.
They dropped Show Me Love in September last year.
7 singles, 3 music videos...
Many performances including the BET Awards, many late night shows...
She's BEEN in the public eye.
Like I said not so bad... but come on.
xbvdvd she DBD d d vebd
Maybe it's my frustration because I can't get into this album. I don't recognize this girl anymore.

and history will tell you that an album that's been pushed back for that long is more likely to... flop. None of this matters if there's no hit. Not sure what's shocking about these numbers to you
Especially from a girl that's been out for 20 years
D
these are definitely great numbers.
