A friend and I were just talking about this. I know she'll figure out a way to deliver this, but I'm pretty sure it'll be with a backing track and not a live band.
For some reason it bothers me when male singers cover female songs in the same octave/key. Like, I wish they would drop it down an octave and try from there.
This is a good sign actually. This means the song is resonating and it helps others discover it. I think Borderline deserves UAC and major attention but I don't want the era to end with it!
