He might now also inherit a large part of Prince's fortune. How? Since at least 2007 he has known attorney Leonardo Starke. Starke was OJ Simpson's attorney. Back in those days Raffles pitched the idea for a book by Simpson called "If I Did It". After Prince died, Raffles somehow got into the circle of Alfred Jackson, Prince's half brother who inherited a large part of Prince's fortune. In 2019 Raffles convinced Alfred Jackson to make a deal with Primary Wave (Pat Houston made a deal with them too) to sell 90% of his estate rights to them. The man who represented Alfred Jackson and made the deal was attorney Leonardo Starke (Raffles' "friend"). Less than a day after this deal was signed Alfred Jackson died. A month before his death he changed his will, leaving his estate entirely to Raffles van Exel.
I find it unbelievable that nobody has investigated Raffles van Exel. He seems to get away with a lot. Also, I would like to understand why Pat Houston still has him in her circle. Is he her drugs supplier? Is he black mailing her? She must know he is a shady character and a con artist - it's all over the internet. She protected him when it became public he had taken and sold those photos of Whitney in her casket. If you are doing business with a con artist, you are either being conned or part of the con. How come both Pat and Raffles are connected to Primary Wave? And what part did Raffles play in Whitney's death? In Alfred Jackson's death? In Michael Jackson's death? Perhaps even in Bobbi Kris' death?
