They just sabotaged her album release and did not promote or give her a decent budget to work with. They have no clue what to do with black artists. Just saw a good, big voice. Sis could arrange and harmonize too.

well I mean she I think had like 2 singles w/videos. Idol as a whole had fallen off at that point
and big voiced R&B singers were not gonna sell
Im not too mad at Idol or the label it was timing IMO
