How did this vaccine create HIV antibodies in the participants of the trial? Im not an expert but that must mean there was some HIV in the vaccine? But they also wrote that it was a false negative. I don't understand it, can someone explain please ^o)

Because they do a follow up serology to confirm whether the first test was positive or not
Everytime you get a positive result, a 2nd or even sometimes a 3rd one is done
